We are committed to transparent communication, structured fulfillment, and reliable delivery across South Africa.
SHIPPING REGIONS
8ATE currently ships within South Africa only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed during standard business days only:
Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and South African public holidays.
Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once an order has been dispatched.
FULFILLMENT TYPES
8ATE products may fall into one of the following fulfillment categories:
IN STOCK
Ready for dispatch from available inventory.
Estimated Delivery:
3–7 business days nationwide.
MADE TO ORDER
Produced specifically after an order is placed.
Estimated fulfillment timelines will be clearly communicated on the product page.
PRE ORDER
Certain garments are released through limited production cycles and may require extended fulfillment windows.
Estimated preorder timelines are displayed clearly on each applicable product page before purchase.
By placing a preorder, customers acknowledge and accept the stated production and fulfillment timeline.
PREORDER & EXTENDED FULFILLMENT NOTICE
Preorder and made-to-order items may require additional production and logistics time due to:

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

DELIVERY DELAYS
While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to:

In the event of significant delays, customers will be notified accordingly.
LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
Once an order has been handed to the courier provider, delivery responsibility partially transfers to the courier network.
8ATE will assist customers in resolving delivery investigations where reasonably possible.
